Victoria Tyutyunnikova-Clark has held a variety of roles in their professional career. Victoria began their career in 2008 as a Business English Teacher at Itoa Idiomas, S.A. de C.V. In 2011, they moved to Becerril, Coca & Becerril, S.C. as an IP Technical Assistant of the Patent Department. In 2015, they joined GiftBasketsOverseas.com, where they have held two roles, Head of Customer Relations and Sales, and Customer Service Team Lead & Hiring Manager.

Victoria Tyutyunnikova-Clark obtained their Master of Science in Applied Material Science from Pridniprovs'ka Deržavna Akademija Budivnictva ta Arhitektury, Dnipropetrovsk in 2006. Victoria also obtained a Translator degree in Ukrainian-English translation of scientific literature from the same institution in 2006. In 2019, they obtained a certification in Frictionless Sales from HubSpot Academy. In 2018, they obtained a certification in Preparing to Manage Human Resources from the University of Minnesota. In 2017, they obtained a certification in Inspiring and Motivating Individuals from the University of Minnesota. In 2019, they also obtained a certification in Inbound Sales from HubSpot Academy. Victoria also holds a Translator of Scientific Literature certification.
