Barb Dolan has extensive experience in the healthcare and operations sectors, currently serving as the Manager of Partner Relations at the Gift of Hope Organ & Tissue Donor Network since August 2004. In this role, Barb oversees a team of consultants dedicated to enhancing Organ and Tissue Donation Programs in hospitals, with responsibilities that include policy development, professional training, and case reviews. Prior to this, Barb worked at Baxter from August 1981 to October 1994, holding various positions such as Area Operations Manager, Sales Administration Manager, and Regional Customer Operations Manager, where key contributions included developing commission plans and managing sales support teams. Barb holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Drama from Ripon College.
