Randy Presant

Randy Presant is vice president of public affairs for Gift of Life, where she oversees communications, community engagement, and family support programs. Prior to joining Gift of Life in 2016, Ms. Presant held senior leadership positions in top communications and healthcare organizations where she led marketing communications programs for companies such as AstraZeneca, Cigna, Dun & Bradstreet, and IBM.

Ms. Presant is in her second term on the board of Maternity Care Coalition, and she has served on numerous committees for Philadelphia parks and schools, as well as organizations such as the Public Citizens for Children and Youth and the National MC Society.

Ms. Presant started her career in journalism, writing for national publications such as Cosmopolitan, Family Circle, and The Washington Post. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Syracuse University and a master’s degree in marketing communications from Temple University.
