Leif Baradoy

Leif Baradoy has a long history of work experience. Leif began their career in 1999 with Rotary International as part of their International Youth Exchange Program. In 2004, they co-founded OR Advantage Inc. and in 2006 they were the Lead Editor for Detselig Enterprises Ltd. In 2007, they were the Manager of Operations for UEnd.org, where they were employee #1 and did product management, marketing, volunteer engagement, hiring, strategic planning, and partnership development. In 2010, they competed as a professional triathlete and placed 3rd in the ITU Triathlon World Championship. In 2011, they were a Business Analyst (Intrapreneur) for Schneider Electric. In 2012, they were the Marketing Director for MetaLab and the CEO of Giftbit. In 2015, they were the Seattle 2015 for Techstars and in 2016 they became the CEO of Lightrail.

Leif Baradoy received a Masters of Arts from the University of Victoria in 2011, with a focus on English Literature and Cultural, Social, and Political Thought.
