Shai Darin

Shai Darin began their professional career in 2010 as the Co-Founder of BUYME, a B2C gift card website. Over the next six years, the company grew to become the largest B2C & B2B gifting and employee recognition platform in Israel, with over 1200 merchants and gifting over 5000 corporate clients such as Facebook, HP, IBM, Intel, Paypal, and other Fortune 500 companies. By 2016, the company had grown to an over $150m a year business. In 2016, Shai Darin took on the role of VP Business Development at Gifted, a SaaS-based recognition and rewards platform. Theirrole focused on helping companies retain great talent, maintain key partnerships, and create loyal clients for life.

Shai Darin attended Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) from 1997 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor's degree and LLB in Business/Commerce, General. Prior to that, they attended Tel Aviv University from 1989 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy & History.
