Waheeduddin Syed

Waheeduddin Syed has over 13 years of professional experience, starting with a role as a Software Engineer - Java Developer at Infosys Technologies Ltd from 2008 to 2012. Waheeduddin then joined Unilever in 2012, where they held various roles, including U-Work - People Data and Analytics, Global Technology and Data Lead - HR and Employee Experience, Senior IT Manager - IT Business Partner for emerging businesses, Senior IT Manager, Internet of Things And Information Security, and IT Manager - Business Partner for Supply Chain. Waheeduddin was also part of the Unilever Future Leaders Program. In 2022, they joined Gig and Take as the Head of Customer Success and Product. Theirrole at Gig and Take involves bringing flexibility to manufacturing jobs, working with Manufacturing and HR leaders to define and implement flexible working in factories, and using digitization and AI to create value for employers and workers equally.

Waheeduddin Syed obtained their Secondary School Certificate from Vivekananda High School between 1990 and 2002. Waheeduddin then went on to pursue a B.E in Computer Sciences from Osmania University, which they completed in 2008. Following this, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the National Institute of Industrial Engineering in 2012, specializing in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. In addition, they obtained a certification from the American Institute of Chartered Property and Casualty Insurance Underwrtiers (AICPCU) in January 2012.
