Anand Sane

Anand Sane has a strong background in IT operations and service delivery. Anand currently serves as the Head of IT Operations at GIG Gulf. Prior to this, Anand held senior management positions at AXA Gulf, Wall Street Exchange - A member of Emirates Post Group, Deutsche Bank, IBM, and Valdel Xtent Global Services Pvt. Ltd. Anand has experience in managing IT service delivery, formulating IT roadmaps and strategies, disaster recovery planning, vendor and cost management, and ensuring stability, security, and scalability in introducing new solutions. Anand's expertise includes voice infra management, project management, IT infrastructure management, service delivery, network and server management, and asset management. Anand has also worked with international clients in various sectors such as banking, retail, travel, insurance, and finance. Anand began their career as a Telecom Engineer at Nelco Limited and Teledata Technologies before progressing into roles as a Software Engineer at Wintech International and an Executive Technology at GTL Limited.

Anand Sane obtained a B.E. degree in Electronics & Telecommunications from the University of Mumbai, which they attended from 1995 to 1997. Anand also holds certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Additionally, they have certifications in Avaya Certified Associate and ITIL v3 Foundation, but the institution and obtained month/year for these certifications are unknown.
