Caroline Bertrand is the current Chief Marketing Officer at GIG Gulf. Caroline has previous experience working at AXA GIE, where they were Head of Corporate Brand from September 2010 to June 2014. In this role, Caroline was responsible for defining AXA's Global Corporate Brand positioning and guidelines, identifying global differentiating proof points to leverage in advertising, and developing global advertising campaigns in collaboration with different countries. Caroline also spent time working at AXA Gulf and AXA Mexico, where they were Director Communication, Marketing and E-commerce from July 2014 to July 2019. In this role, Caroline was responsible for building customer value propositions considering customer insights and profitability levers from a business perspective, and developing marketing and communication strategy to attract and retain the strategic segment.

Caroline Bertrand attended IE Business School, where they earned their Global Executive MBA. Caroline also holds a licentiate degree in political and social science from the University of Antwerp.

Caroline Bertrand reports to Paul Adamson, CEO & Managing Director. They work with Nicola Bell - CFO, Fahad Shorbatli - Senior Technical Claims Manager, and Frank Heimburger - Chief Personal Lines Officer.
