Mauricio Coarasa

Mauricio Coarasa is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as CFO at GIG Gulf since September 2024, Coarasa previously held the position of Regional CFO at AXA Partners and Interim CEO/CFO at AXA Singapore. Coarasa's career includes significant contributions at AXA Korea as CFO and strategic leadership roles at AXA Seguros México, where Coarasa was Head of Strategic Planning and Head of Investments, managing a multi-asset class portfolio valued at USD 3.1 billion. Additionally, Coarasa co-founded ADC Promotores, leading the development of shopping centers, and has a consulting background from McKinsey & Company. Early career experience includes a Deputy Director role at Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores, overseeing government financial institutions.
