Paul Adamson

Paul Adamson is currently the CEO & Managing Director at GIG Gulf. Prior to this, they have had a long and successful career in the financial industry.

Adamson started their career in 1988 as a Company Director at Law Society (NI) Financial Advice. Paul then moved on to Samba / Citibank in 1998, where they worked as a Senior Financial Consultant. In 2001, they joined AXA Cooperative Insurance Company as their Country Manager. Paul then held the positions of Chief Operating Office Sales and Distribution (2005-2008) and Chief Executive Officer (2008-2011) before taking on their current role at GIG Gulf.

Throughout their career, Adamson has demonstrated their ability to successfully lead and grow businesses. Paul is a strategic thinker with a track record of delivering results. Under their leadership, GIG Gulf is well-positioned for continued success in the years to come.

Paul Adamson started their educational career by obtaining a certification from the Chartered Insurance Institute UK in Chartered Insurance Practitioner (CIP). Paul then obtained a certification from the Chartered Insurance Institute UK in Certified Financial Planning Certificate (CFPC). After that, they obtained a certification from the Chartered Insurance Institute UK in Associate of Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII). Finally, they obtained a certification from the Insurance Institute of Canada in Bachelor of Arts - Accounting and Finance.
