Babar Ali

Babar Ali has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. From 2010 to the present, they have served in various roles at AXA Cooperative Insurance Company, including Chief Financial Officer, Senior Strategy & Risk Manager, and Senior Compliance Manager. Prior to that, they worked at PwC from 2005 to 2010, starting as an Audit Senior and then transitioning to a Senior Associate role. During their time at PwC, they gained experience in assurance and advisory services, project management, client relationship management, and team leadership.

Babar Ali's education history is as follows:

Babar Ali earned an Executive Communication Development degree from INSEAD in 2021. Prior to that, in 2020 to 2021, they completed the Executive Development Program at the same institution.

From 2013 to 2015, Babar Ali pursued the ACMA degree from CIMA. During this time, they also enrolled in the CPA Australia Program, earning the CPA (Aust) degree.

In 2011 to 2013, Babar Ali studied at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, obtaining an ACMA degree in Management Accounting, Financial Strategy, and Business Management.

In 2010 to 2013, Babar Ali pursued the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) degree from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant & Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

From 2005 to 2009, Babar Ali attended The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, earning an ACA degree in Financial Accounting and Financial Strategy.

Before that, from 2002 to 2004, Babar Ali completed a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Karachi University.

In addition to their formal education, Babar Ali also obtained several certifications, including Leadership Communication and Developing Emerging Leaders from INSEAD in April 2021 and January 2021, respectively. Babar also holds a Certificate in General Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
