Florencia Morón Alcain has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Florencia first worked as an Asesor de Recursos Humanos at Giga IT S.A.S from February 2012 to May 2012. Florencia then moved to GIGA AUTOMATION & IT, where they held the same role from December 2014 to February 2023. Currently, Florencia is working as a Total Rewards Lead for Nearshore Latam at GIGA IT since January 2023.
