Verónica Chapo

Verónica Chapo has a diverse range of work experience. Verónica began their career at UCSE Rafaela in 2020, where they undertook various roles as part of their professional psychology practice. These included conducting individual interviews, preparing psychological reports, and administering psychometric and projective tests. Verónica also facilitated virtual workshops with a community network and worked on a research project focused on labor climate. In 2022, Verónica joined Huellas (ONG) as an HR Analyst, where they managed the recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job vacancies and filtering resumes. Currently, they are working as a Talent & Culture Trainee at GIGA IT, where they support employee performance and wellbeing by implementing strategies aligned with the company's goals, evaluating existing policies, and suggesting improvements.

Verónica Chapo completed their Licenciatura in Psychology from the Universidad Católica de Santiago del Estero from 2016 to 2020.
