Billy Casazza has a diverse work experience in the technology field. Billy started their career as a Lead CTI Tech at Aspect Software/Davox in 1989 and worked there until 2000. Billy then joined Pactolus as a Senior Technical Service Engineer in 2001, where they integrated Voice over IP servers into customers' networks and handled service-related issues. In the same company, they later transitioned to the role of Customer Support/ Sustaining, providing support and maintenance from November 2001 to March 2009. After that, they joined Aspect Software as a Senior Advisory Engineer NG in May 2009. Most recently, they have been employed as a Systems Integration Engineer at Giga-tronics since May 2019.
Billy Casazza attended Shawsheen Tech from 1978 to 1982, where they studied electronics.
