Carlos Fuentes

Principle Engineer at GIGA TRONICS

Carlos Fuentes has extensive work experience in the field of engineering, specifically in the design and development of microwave subsystems. Carlos began their career in 1987 at Omni-Spectra West as an Engineer and later worked as a Microwave Design Engineer at Westec Communications. In 1990, they joined the Harris Farinon Division as a Development Engineer and continued there until 1995. Carlos then worked as a Senior Engineer at Litton Solid State Devices from 1995 to 1996. Carlos then joined Celeritek as a Member of the Technical Staff before moving on to SSE Telecom as a Sr. Member of Technical Staff from 1997 to 1998. Carlos then worked as a Staff Engineer at Stellex Microwave Systems from 1999 to 2001. In 2001, they joined Aperto Networks as a Sr. Member of Technical Staff for a short period of time. Currently, they are working at Giga-tronics since 2002 as a Principle Engineer, responsible for all phases of design and development.

Carlos Fuentes attended Arizona State University from 1982 to 1987, where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
