Allan Kerr

Allan Kerr has a strong background in the technology industry and has held various roles throughout their career. Allan started working at Agilent Technologies in 1997 as a Senior Sales Solution Architect, where they focused on pre-sales and consulting for VoIP, CDMA, and SS7 monitoring solutions. Allan also played a key role in developing and selling a VoIP service management solution. Allan worked at Agilent Technologies until 2007.

In 2007, Allan joined Emission Control Solutions LLC as part of their Commercial Operations team. Allan worked there until 2008 before moving on to VIAVI Solutions.

At VIAVI Solutions, Allan held the position of Senior Sales Solutions Consultant / Solution Architect from 2008 until 2017. Allan successfully planned and executed hardware, application, and Linux change projects on production systems. Allan also developed custom scripts to automate tasks and improve repeatability, quality, and schedule.

Most recently, Allan has been working at Gigamon as a Principal Professional Services Engineer since 2018.

Allan Kerr has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from The University of Edinburgh. Additionally, they obtained the Gigamon Certified Professional (GCP) certification from Gigamon in September 2018.
