Anand Venkatakrishnan

Anand Venkatakrishnan has worked in various administrative and facilities management roles throughout their career.

From 2017, they served as the Head of Facilities at Gigamon, where they oversaw the overall administration of a 33,000 sq. ft facility. Anand managed a team of 60+ vendors and successfully completed projects up to $1.5 million. Anand improved facility services, safety, and quality by developing vendor contract specifications, tracking project risks, and controlling processes. Anand also led the BCP/Disaster Recovery and Safety Committee, managed vendor relationships, and handled invoice payments.

Prior to that, from 2016 to 2017, Anand worked as a Senior Manager at Merrill Technology Services India Private Limited. In this role, they were responsible for the administration of a 70,000 sq. ft facility across three locations. Their responsibilities included managing admin and infra services, facility services, physical security, client visits, employee transportation, vendor management, procurement, and asset management. Anand also handled liaison work with external departments and played a key role in information security, conducting risk assessments and aligning with global policies.

From 2011 to 2016, Anand served as the Manager of Administration and Facilities at Merrill Technology Service India Private Limited. And prior to that, they worked as an Admin Associate at Force10 Networks from March 2011 to October 2011.

Anand's earliest work experience was with Reliance, where they worked as an Assistant Manager from January 2004 to March 2011.

Anand Venkatakrishnan completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources at Annamalai University from 2011 to 2013.
