Bryan Lokey

Bryan Lokey has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Bryan is currently working at Gigamon as the Senior Director of Security Engineering. Prior to this role, they served as the VP of Engineering at Kandji, where they led the Infrastructure, SRE, and Quality teams. Bryan also held the position of Director of Engineering at Kandji, leading various teams and overseeing the creation and management of infrastructure, CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and observability.

Before joining Kandji, Bryan was the Sr Engineering Manager of DevOps Engineering at Weedmaps. In this role, they led the Infrastructure and Developer Tooling teams, managing the creation and management of infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring, and observability for the Weedmaps ecosystem. Bryan reported directly to the CTO, took ownership of the roadmap, facilitated cross-department communication, and championed best practices across the engineering department.

Earlier in their career, Bryan worked as the Director of Product Development at Mattr, where they collaborated with C-levels and product teams in leading the development of enterprise-level marketing apps and companion apps. Bryan also worked at Whit.li as a Lead Software Engineer, overseeing the development team, establishing coding standards, leading UI/UX planning, and implementing Agile development processes.

Bryan's earlier roles include Technical Sales at Volusion, Multimedia Designer/Developer at Think Marketing Inc, Project Manager at Webii/WebXess, V.P. Testing and Development at Metsys Solutions, and Technical Support/Software Testing at Advanced Technology Consultants.

Bryan Lokey started their education journey in 1998 and completed their Bachelor's degree in Music Business from The University of Alabama in 2003. Bryan then pursued further education and obtained a Masters degree in Music from Georgia State University, where they studied from 2004 to 2006.
