Donna O'Hear

Donna O'Hear has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Donna started their career at ePlus where they served as Vice President and played a key role in growing Federal Sales to $90M. Donna then joined GE Capital as a Regional Leasing Manager, supporting sales efforts for Sun Microsystems. After that, they joined ePlus Government as Director of Business Development and established a software leasing option that resulted in significant growth. Donna later worked at MainSpring Solutions where they served as President, focusing on consulting and helping partners grow revenue in the federal government market. Donna then joined Cisco Systems where they held multiple roles, including Manager of Partner Operations and Capital Channel Account Manager, responsible for implementing channel programs and driving partner profitability. Donna then worked at Harris Corporation as a Director of Strategic Alliances, where they identified and developed partner relationships to accelerate the growth of cloud services. Donna continued their career at Avaya Government Solutions as Director of Federal Channels, responsible for creating and executing the channel strategy to drive revenue and profits. Donna then joined Symantec as Senior Director of North America, Vertical Channels, where they led the North American Federal, Healthcare, Education, and Government Channel. Currently, they work at Gigamon as Regional Sales Director, supporting the missions of various government organizations to ensure network visibility and improve security.
