Genese Leach

Genese Leach has extensive experience in business development and environmental policy, currently serving as a Team Lead Business Development Representative at Gigamon since May 2025. Prior roles include Business Development Representative at Palo Alto Networks and various positions at Aurora Solar, where responsibilities spanned from Senior Business Development Representative to Corporate Business Development Representative. Genese has also gained valuable skills as a Student Trainee at Vendition, a Grant Writer for environmental initiatives, and an Environment Program Officer at Grand Victoria Foundation, where significant funding was distributed to nonprofit organizations. Previous positions include coordinating community-focused grant projects at Greenprint Partners and developing state policy agendas at Audubon Connecticut. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science and Policy from McDaniel College and participation in the Washington Semester Program at American University.
