Michael Musick

Michael Musick, CISSP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Their most recent role is as a Sr. Manager Sales Engineering (SLED) at Gigamon, a position they have held since June 2021. Prior to that, Michael worked at Secureworks from 2012 to 2021, where they held various positions including Director Sales Engineering - NA EAM, Sr. Manager Sales Engineering - SLED, Sales Engineer, and Account Management Services Sr. Analyst.

Michael also held a role as a Technical Support Supervisor at Toccoa Falls College from 1999 to 2002 and as a Computer Technician at Computer Depot from 1996 to 1998.

Michael Musick, CISSP obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Youth Ministry & Biblical Studies from Toccoa Falls College from 1998 to 2001. Michael then pursued a Masters of Applied Science (MAS) degree in Information & Communication Technology from the University of Denver from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their degrees, Michael has obtained various certifications including the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in July 2013, the GIAC Security Leadership (GSLC) from GIAC Certifications in December 2014, and the Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge v.4 from the Cloud Security Alliance in September 2022. Michael also holds the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, obtained in January 2013, although the institution where it was obtained is not specified.
