Shelly Trujillo has extensive work experience in customer success and service management roles. Shelly is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at Gigamon, where they build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with the company's products and services. Shelly Trujillo has a varied education history. Shelly attended the University of Phoenix in the year 2005 to 2006, where they studied Criminal Justice. Prior to that, they attended Phoenix Community College from 2004 to 2007, also focusing on Criminal Justice. In 1995 to 1998, Trujillo attended Phoenix College, although the field of study is unspecified. Their education began at Marcos de Niza, where they obtained a Diploma in General studies from 1991 to 1995.
Aside from their formal education, Trujillo has also obtained additional certifications. In June 2021, they completed the "Coaching and Developing Employees" and "Leading with Emotional Intelligence" certifications from LinkedIn. In February 2021, they completed the "ITIL Foundation 4 First Look" certification, also from LinkedIn.
