Surekha Ghantasala

Surekha Ghantasala has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Surekha worked at Gigamon from 2015 till present, first as a Sr Staff Software Engineer and then as a Principal Software Engineer. Prior to that, they were employed at Oracle in the role of Principal Software Engineer from 2014 to 2015. Before joining Oracle, Surekha worked at Callidus Software for 7 years as a Sr Staff SW Engineer. During their time at Callidus, they were involved in the development and quality processes of three new products using Java and J2EE technologies. Surekha also owned key modules for the SaaS line of products at Callidus. Earlier in their career, Surekha was a Staff SW Engineer at Selectica Inc, where they led a team in the development and deployment of a Renewal Processing System for insurance companies. Surekha also designed, developed, and owned several Pricer modules using Java and J2EE technologies.

Surekha Ghantasala has a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Osmania University. Surekha also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Idaho. In addition to their formal education, Surekha has obtained certification as an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
