Travon Garner is currently serving as the Corporate Escalations Manager at GigaMonster Networks since January 2021, overseeing the Tier 2 Escalations Team and enhancing call center processes to maintain compliance with Service Level Agreements. Prior to this role, Travon gained experience as an EMR Trainer at Sequence Health and as a Language Service Coordinator at CulturaLink, where responsibilities included managing interpreter services. Additional experience includes patient service roles at Atlanta ENT, Sinus & Allergy Associates, P.C. and Piedmont Ear, Nose, Throat & Related Allergy, PC, focusing on patient communications and scheduling. Travon holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Services from Columbus State University, earned between 2008 and 2012, and has pursued freelance artistry since December 2011.
