Pilar Somoza, Ph.D., CEO, has over 25 years of experience as a clinical psychologist. Pilar’s interest in technology brought her to found GigaNetworks along with David Mendenhall. Pilar holds a doctorate degree in clinical psychology from Florida State University. Since founding GigaNetworks, Pilar has gained extensive knowledge regarding the most critical issues impacting the assessment and development of high-performance teams. She is responsible for several key aspects of running the business including, HR processes, daily operations, team development and guidance of overall company strategy.
