Raiha Buchanan

Raiha Buchanan has an extensive work experience spanning over a decade. Raiha is currently the CEO and co-founder of Gigapay, a platform that helps businesses streamline high volumes of creator payouts. Prior to founding Gigapay, they were the COO and co-founder of the same company.

In 2019, Raiha also founded WIFTN, a non-profit global network for women in fintech and financial services. While originally serving as the CEO of WIFTN, they later scaled back their operational role to focus on Gigapay.

Before these ventures, Raiha held various leadership positions in notable companies. As the ASEAN Expansion Director at Tink, they played a key role in the acquisition of Instantor. Raiha also served as the Chief Marketing Officer for Instantor, overseeing a broad range of marketing efforts.

Raiha'sexperience includes working as the Global Head of Digital at Bambora, where they led the digital rebranding of acquired brands and managed the company's digital brand. At iZettle, Raiha served as the Marketing Director, responsible for global marketing across multiple markets. Raiha also worked as a Marketing Manager for the same company.

Earlier in their career, Raiha held positions such as Digital Marketing Manager at House of Radon and Digital Marketing Specialist in a consulting capacity. Additionally, they founded Swedishfresh.com, a platform promoting Swedish designers on the international market.

Raiha's expertise and experience have made their a valuable asset in the field of marketing, digital strategy, and fintech.

Raiha Buchanan has a background in music, holding a Bachelor of Music degree from Victoria University of Wellington. In 2010 and 2011, they attended Hyper Island and obtained a diploma in E Commerce Management. Currently, Raiha is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Management at Massey University. Raiha also holds additional certifications, including a Google Analytics Individual Qualification (IQ) obtained in December 2016 from Google. Additionally, they have completed an executive program through AmCham Sweden - American Chamber of Commerce in Sweden and a front-end web development course through Code Excursion. Raiha completed their secondary education at St Cuthbert's College.
