Michael Spoor

Michael Spoor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in network engineering, operations, and technology leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Network Engineering & Operations at Gigapower, Michael is responsible for building wholesale open access fiber networks in key locations. Additionally, as CEO/President of TransformTech LLC, Michael provides engineering and consulting services to a top Fortune 10 company. Prior to these roles, Michael had a distinguished career at AT&T, culminating as the Network CTO, where significant contributions were made in operational automation and risk mitigation. With a strong foundation in systems operations and strategic planning gained from roles at BellSouth Telecommunications and GE, Michael also has a background in managing technology and operational efficiencies across various domains.
