Alex Khazanovsky is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy development, operational excellence, and business transformation. Currently serving as the Director of Strategy, Transformation, and Enablement for Network Engineering & Operations at TELUS since 2016, Alex focuses on integrating cutting-edge AI technologies into daily operations. Previous roles include Senior Strategy Manager for Customer Service Excellence and Business Consultant for transformation initiatives. Prior to TELUS, Alex worked at TOP-CO from 2010 to 2016, where responsibilities included managing global cost reduction projects and developing supply strategies. Alex holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Alberta, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Productivity Alberta, and has education in Accounting and Finance from Athabasca University.
