Avia Anita Dhar has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Most recently, they worked as a Product Marketing Specialist at GigaSpaces Technologies starting in November 2019. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2019, they held multiple positions at Amdocs including Marketing Communications Coordinator, Marketing Communications Assistant, and Human Resources Coordinator. In these roles, they ran lead generating campaigns, integrated company agendas with global partners, managed media presence, assisted in creating promotional campaigns, handled social media and web design concepts, managed recruitment processes, worked with external interfaces, and participated in assessment centers and career fairs. In 2017, they also worked as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant at Shufersal. Earlier in their career, in 2014, they briefly worked as a Digital Media Designer at Berlitz Corporation.

Avia Anita Dhar has a diverse education history. Avia obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from The College of Management Academic Studies between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they participated in a Student Exchange Program at The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg in 2015 and 2016, where they focused on International Marketing. Avia also holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication & Media Studies from Tel Aviv University, which they obtained between 2013 and 2016.
