Prior to this, Dmitry worked at NICE Ltd for a period of 8 years, starting from July 2013. During their time at NICE Ltd, they held the roles of Expert Software Architect from January 2016 to October 2021, and Senior Software Engineer from July 2013 to January 2016. Before joining NICE Ltd, Dmitry worked at NCR Retail for 9 years, starting from April 2004. At NCR Retail, they worked as a Software Engineer & Team Leader. Dmitry's career began at Ordan Ltd. in 1999, where they worked as a Software Developer until 2004.
Dmitry Andreyev earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from the Ukrainian National University of Shipbuilding, where they studied from 1993 to 1999. Dmitry also obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA) certification from AWS Elemental, an Amazon Web Services Company, in April 2018.
