Chia-Chun Kao

Chia-Chun Kao is a Sales Specialist at Gigastone Corporation since February 2024. Previously, as a Program Coordinator at Success Cohorts from June 2023 to January 2024, Chia-Chun streamlined member experience by revamping materials and analyzing feedback, and collaborated with various agencies to enhance engagement for Seattle Children's Theater. Prior experience includes a Marketing Intern role at Reside, where Chia-Chun redesigned a company website and developed client personas using UX design skills, and an internship at the Creative Tourism and Community Design Association in Taiwan, where Chia-Chun organized forums to foster community connections. Chia-Chun also served as an Event Intern at 台北W飯店, assisting with administrative tasks and vendor coordination. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Communication in Digital Media from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages and Literatures from National Chung Hsing University.
