Kai Härtsiä has a diverse work experience in the animation and design industry. Starting as an intern at Gigglebug Entertainment in September 2020, Kai later became a Production Coordinator in March 2021 before transitioning to a role as a Design Coordinator in September 2022. Currently, Kai holds the position of Junior Layout Artist at Gigglebug Entertainment since April 2023.

Before working at Gigglebug Entertainment, Kai worked as a 3D Artist at the Student Studio Burning Eyes in September-December 2018. Prior to that, Kai also worked as a 3D Character Animator at Team Jahava from September 2017-January 2018. Additionally, Kai held a role as a Graphic Artist at Student Studio Burning Eyes in September 2018.

Kai Härtsiä pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in 3D-animation and -visualization from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences. Kai attended the university from 2016 to 2020, completing their education in this field during this period.
