Gary McAllister

Gary McAllister has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Area Manager and previously as General Manager at Giggling Squid since November 2018. Prior to this role, Gary managed Ed's Easy Diner, overseeing a multimillion-pound business in one of the UK's largest shopping centres from July 2017 to October 2018. Gary's career at Stonegate Pub Company Limited spanned over 12 years, where multiple managerial positions were held, including General Manager and Deputy Manager. Gary earned a Joint Honours degree in Law with Business from the University of Portsmouth between 2005 and 2008.
