Madison Richards

Madison Richards is currently a Sister at Sigma Delta Tau since April 2021 and a Teacher Assistant at KinderCare Learning Companies since May 2023, responsible for implementing curriculum tailored to children's needs and fostering a safe learning environment. Madison has gained valuable experience as an Early Intervention Intern at Decker College of Nursing and Health Sciences, where skills in qualitative research analysis were developed, and at GiGi's Playhouse Inc. as a Language Chef Intern, focused on identifying speech disorders and modifying curriculum to accommodate diverse learning needs. Madison also has experience observing Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to improve child communication and social skills. Previous roles include waitress at Perkins Restaurant & Bakery and associate at Battleview Orchards Inc. Madison is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Speech and Hearing Sciences at Binghamton University, expected to graduate in 2025.
