Brandi Nichols has held various positions in the past, beginning with a 3rd Party Insurance Processor at Bartley's Discount Pharmacy in 2002. In 2008, they became a Senior Software Support Analyst at Retail Management Solutions, L.L.C. In 2021, they began working as a Business Development Analyst at The Benefit Company, Inc. / Benefitfirst. Currently, they are an Account Executive and Client Success Specialist at Gigpro.

Brandi Nichols attended Ohio University to study Elementary Education and Teaching, followed by Shawnee State University to study Art Teacher Education. Brandi also attended Waverly High School.
