Plamen Tsekov

Plamen Tsekov has a diverse work experience spanning decades. Plamen began their career in 1998 as a Teaching Assistant at Sofia University. Plamen then worked as a Software Engineer at Code Assistance from 1999 to 2000. From 2000 to 2007, they worked in various roles at MusalaSoft, including Senior Software Engineer, Team Leader/Software Architect, Managing Partner, and Vice President of Business Development. In 2012, they joined Scalefocus as the Chief Executive Officer and later became the Chairman. In 2014, they became a Member of the Board at AIBEST. In 2020, they became an Endeavor Entrepreneur. Finally, in 2022, they co-founded GigsRemote, a platform for matching IT talent and businesses to accelerate digital engineering and innovation.

Plamen Tsekov pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski during the period of 1997 to 2004.
