David Howard

David Howard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment management and real estate consultancy. Currently serving as a Senior Investment Manager and previously as Sales Manager at Grosvenor International since September 2012, David specializes in advising on investments in real estate across major global cities including London, Hong Kong, and New York. Prior roles include Sales & Development Manager at IP Global Ltd, where David led a consultancy team focused on international real estate investments, and Managing Director at Lucra Ltd, a financial services firm. Additionally, David held the position of Area Development Director at both Millfield Partnership and Inter-Alliance, where significant achievements included merging offices and introducing innovative sales processes. Early career experiences also include managing branches at Prudential Assurance, overseeing staff and sales operations. David is an alumnus of Gainsborough School in Richmond upon Thames.
