Leroy Francis Couthino has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Leroy Francis started their career in 2010 as a Technical Support - Merchant Acquiring at Commercial Bank, where they maintained interpersonal communication skills with clients and prepared detailed reports. In 2011, Leroy joined GEKKO L.L.C as a Merchant Coordinator, where they coordinated between multiple parties and conducted field activities. Leroy Francis then worked at Commercial Bank of Qatar as a Business Support Executive, assisting in the development of team members and monitoring business activities. Leroy then held the position of Loyalty Partnership Manager at Infinia Services and Solutions, where they played a pivotal role in appointing partners and merchants, generating revenues, and creating value through strategic partnerships. Currently, Leroy is working as a Partnerships Manager at Giift, where they are responsible for appointing partners and merchants for Giift clients in Qatar and generating revenues through strategic partnerships.

Leroy Francis Couthino began their education at Bright Future Pakistani School, where they obtained a Secondary School Certificate (SSC) with a field of study in the Faculty of Science. From 2004 to 2006, they attended Bright Future Pakistani College, where they completed their Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) with a field of study in the Faculty of General Computer Science (F.Cs). Later, from 2009 to 2012, Leroy pursued their Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management at Annamalai University.
