Monica Katiyar

Monica Katiyar's work experience begins with their role as a Growth hacker intern at Bayt.com in 2017, where they worked on the creation and execution of a new networking app launch and conducted market research. Monica then joined Accenture Services Pvt Ltd in 2013 as an Associate Software Engineer, where they handled technical and functional errors, interacted with customers, prepared project reports, and maintained databases. In 2015, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Reliance Jio Infocomm. Monica then joined ICC Loyalty in 2017 as a Relationship Manager, before moving on to become a Product Manager and later an Associate Vice President for products and customer success. Monica is currently the Head of Project Management at Giift since October 2021.

Monica Katiyar's education history includes a Master's Degree in Global Business and Contemporary Marketing Management from SP Jain School Global School of Management, which they completed from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology from Vellore Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Before attending university, Monica also completed their ISC XII (Class 12) from Cms Degree College. In addition to their formal education, Monica has obtained certifications such as Certified SAFe® 6 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in May 2023, and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in October 2021.
