Ms. Havrilla is Senior Vice President of Human Resources at G-III Apparel Group, where she oversees talent acquisition, talent management and compensation and benefits for the company’s 2,800 associates globally. Since joining the company in 2017, she has built the Human Resources function to serve the company’s talent needs, support the employee experience and enhance the overall environment.
