Lantz Biles

Director Of Security at Gila River Health Care

Lantz Biles, MPA, CHPA has a diverse work experience spanning from 1986 to 2014. Lantz started their career as a Military Police in the US Army, serving from 1986 to 1991. Lantz then joined Knoxville College as a Police Officer in 1991, and later transitioned to the University of Tennessee where they worked as a Sergeant and Patrol Supervisor from 1992 to 1998. At the Medical College of Georgia, Lantz held the role of Manager of Parking Services from 1999 to 2004, and also served as a Sergeant and Patrol Supervisor from 1998 to 1999. From 2005 to 2011, Lantz worked at Austin Peay State University as the Director of Public Safety and Chief of Police, where they were responsible for various law enforcement and security matters. In 2014, they joined Gila River Health Care as the Director of Security, where they currently serve.

Lantz Biles, MPA, CHPA received a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from Columbus State University in 2005. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Murray State University in 1994. In 2019, Lantz obtained the certification of Certified Healthcare Protection Administrator (CHPA) from the International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS).
