Susan Kelley

Susan Kelley has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Susan started their career as the Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer at John C. Lincoln Hospital-North Mountain in 2000, where they were responsible for patient care and nursing services. During their time there, they led the hospital to achieve national Magnet recognition and received the first Beacon of Light Award for excellence in Critical Care Nursing in Arizona. In 2011, they joined Banner Health as the Chief Nursing Officer, overseeing various departments and achieving several designations, including Chest Pain Center, Stroke Center, and Heart Failure. Susan also served as an Associate Administrator before moving to the CNO position at Banner Del Webb Medical Center. In 2016, Susan became the Chief Nursing Officer at Abrazo Maryvale Hospital, where they were responsible for all aspects of nursing care and worked towards the Bariatric Center of Excellence designation. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Nursing Officer at Gila River Health Care.

Susan Kelley holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Nursing from Arizona State University. In November 2003, they became Nurse Executive Advanced-Board Certified from the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
