GilanFarr + Associates, established in October of 1989, operates an Architectural Design Firm in Crystal Bay, Nevada, dedicated to client service and excellence in design. The concepts are derived from the clients, users and community within the environment the project is located. The process of design goes beyond the aesthetics of the building.

We strive to interpret our client’s wishes, needs, and budget into a design that is an expression of their desires and that is in harmony with the natural environment.

A full service Architectural Design Firm with a broad background in Residential and Commercial Design, Construction and Energy Conservation. In addition to the commercial projects, we specialize in Residential Design with a portfolio of projects ranging from small remodel/additions to multi-million dollar estates.

Professional architectural services are offered in Master Planning, Building Design, Residential Design and Space Planning. We provide a full range of services, including Schematic Design, Construction Documents, Estimating, Bidding Services, Interior Design and Construction Administration. Long Range Growth Planning and Feasibility Studies, Architectural Programming and Site Evaluation are also offered.
