Daria Bajanova

Daria Bajanova is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management and legal consulting across various sectors, including technology and automotive. Currently serving as the Global Technical Services HR Business Partner and Country HR Manager at Gilat Satellite Networks, Daria leads HR team management, budget planning, IT recruitment, and the implementation of HR projects. Previously, Daria held the position of Head of Human Resources at Coroplast Group, overseeing HR strategy, talent management, and certification processes in compliance with automotive standards. Additional experience includes HR leadership roles at Elit Tehnica, Starlab SRL, and other organizations, complemented by a strong legal background as an attorney at law. Daria holds a Master's degree in Penal Process and Criminalistics and a Licentiate degree in Criminal Law and Criminology from Universitate de Stat din Moldova.
