Michal Cohen Yaniv has a diverse work experience. Michal is currently working as the Director of Strategic Marketing and Business Intelligence at Gilat Satellite Networks since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at ADAMA Ltd. from 2017, initially as a Marketing Research Manager and later as a Market Intelligence and Strategic Planning Manager. In these roles, they led commercial strategic planning, managed customer and channel insights, and conducted various research programs worldwide. Before joining ADAMA Ltd., Michal worked at Sunrise Projects LTD as the Director of Incentives Department from 2014 to 2017 and as a Senior Bi-National Project Manager from 2010 to 2014. Michal also worked at Sigma Aldrich as an Organic and Peptide Chemistry Researcher from 2008 to 2010.

Michal Cohen Yaniv has a strong education history, starting with a Bachelor of Science degree in Organic Chemistry from Bar-Ilan University, which they earned from 2003 to 2005. Michal then continued their studies and completed a Master of Science degree in Chemistry and Medical Science from the same university from 2005 to 2007. Finally, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, also at Bar-Ilan University, from 2009 to 2011.
