Ravit Levi has extensive experience in compensation, benefits, HR operations, and HRIS roles. Ravit has worked in various companies, including Gilat Satellite Networks, Cybereason, NSO Group, Fresenius Medical Care, SanDisk, Teva Pharmaceuticals, Amdocs, and Israel Defense Forces. Ravit has held positions such as Global Compensation & Benefits, HRIS and HR Operations Director, People Operations & Total Rewards Lead, Compensation, Benefits, People Ops & HRIS Analyst, Compensation, Benefits and People Operations Lead, Compensation and Benefits Analyst, Compenstion and Benefits Analyst, and Planning & Control Manager (PMO). Their responsibilities have included implementing HR systems, managing compensation processes, benchmarking salary surveys, managing benefits programs, and payroll management. Ravit is skilled in policy and procedure creation, implementation of new processes, and working with complex salary structures.
