Jake Braford

Jake Braford, CHC, currently serves as Project Executive for Healthcare at Gilbane Building Company, a position held since January 2021. Prior experience includes Project Manager roles at DPR Construction, where responsibilities included overseeing the New Inpatient Children’s Hospital of Richmond, and The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, where significant projects involved expansions and renovations at Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital and Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. Braford's career began with a degree in Building Construction from Virginia Tech, leading to roles as Project Engineer and Intern, where exposure to a range of construction operations was gained. Notable projects also include NASA's Integrated Engineering Services Building and Augusta Health's Heart and Vascular Center expansion.
