Preston Lambert

Preston Lambert, CM-BIM, currently serves as the Director of Virtual Design & Construction at Gilbane Building since September 2025. Previously, Preston held leadership positions at Exyte and CHA Consulting, Inc., significantly contributing to the implementation and standardization of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) technologies. Notable roles included Director of VDC Operations at Exyte and Manager of Virtual Design and Construction at CHA Consulting. Throughout a diverse career spanning over two decades, Preston has developed and overseen integrated VDC practices, managed project performance, and coordinated complex BIM deliverables across multiple companies, including Total Facility Solutions and M+W Group. Educational qualifications include an Associate Degree in Industrial Technological Engineering and another in Industrial Technology/Technician from Hudson Valley Community College.
