Sierra Spires

Sierra Spires currently serves as an Estimator II at Gilbane Building Company since December 2023. Prior to this role, Sierra gained extensive experience at Limbach Company, progressing from Assistant Estimator to Estimating Specialist I from September 2019 to December 2023. Previous experience includes positions at MIELKE as a Project Administrator and Pre Construction Administrator from September 2016 to June 2019, and at The Builders Exchange, Inc. as a Member Relations Specialist from May 2014 to September 2016. Sierra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from The University of Toledo, obtained between 2014 and 2016.
