Tiana M. Towns

Tiana M. Towns currently serves as Senior Legal Counsel at Gilbane Building Company since April 2023 and has been an Adjunct Professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law since January 2019, where Tiana co-teaches practical skills courses. Tiana's previous experience includes roles as Corporate Counsel at Clark Construction Group, Associate and Partner at Dorsey & Whitney LLP, and Special Assistant City Attorney for the City of Minneapolis. At Dorsey & Whitney, Tiana focused on complex business, real estate, and construction litigation, leading significant disputes in various legal contexts. Tiana began legal training at Howard University School of Law, where Tiana earned a J.D. in 2014, following a B.A. in Psychology and Law & Society from the University of California, Riverside.
